- Location: Central New Jersey (NY/PA candidates welcome) Hybrid (1–2 days onsite)
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Rate: $140-150/hr
- Duration: 6-month contract with strong potential for extension
- Oversee day-to-day clinical trial operations across one or multiple studies
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, timelines, and regulatory requirements
- Act as a key point of contact for sponsors and stakeholders
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- ???Collaborate cross-functionally to support clinical operations objectives
- 5 years of clinical trial coordination/management experience
- Therapeutic experience in Rare Disease, Rheumatology, or Oncology
- Global clinical trial experience required
- Strong understanding of drug development processes
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- In-depth knowledge of FDA and ICH GCP guidelines
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- ??Proactive, hands-on approach with willingness to wear multiple hats
- Bachelor’s degree in a science or clinical-related field required
