The Analytical Scientist will contribute to the creation and validation of analytical testing methods for raw materials, in-process samples, and final products. This role provides critical testing support for formulation development projects and clinical supply release activities. Additionally, the position includes responsibilities for training, coaching, and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and validate pharmaceutical analytical methods for measuring potency, dissolution profiles, impurities/degradation compounds, and residual solvents utilizing laboratory instruments including HPLC, UHPLC, LC-MS, dissolution testing equipment, and GC
- Support formulation development initiatives through comprehensive testing of developmental samples, clinical materials, and stability study specimens
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Formulation Development, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Compliance, and Regulatory Affairs
- Participate in Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), safety, and scientific training programs to maintain current knowledge of cGMP regulations and safety protocols
- Adhere to established Adare SOPs and FDA/ICH guidelines
- Complete additional assignments as needed
- Educational Requirements: Master's degree in Chemistry or related field with 0-1 years of experience, OR Bachelor's degree in Chemistry with 3 years of relevant laboratory experience
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional team environments
- Perform various physical activities including standing, walking, pushing, pulling, twisting, overhead reaching, and floor-level bending
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) when working in high-noise environments, with chemical exposures, or in areas with dust, mists, and fumes
- Periodically use ladders and steps to access equipment
- Read precision instruments, machine displays, gauges, and thermometers with accuracy; perform detailed observations using microscopy
- Maintain steady hand control and physical coordination when operating sensitive laboratory instruments and equipment
