We are looking for RD's who can provide onsite consulting services to nursing homes within their regional area and lead the Nutrition at Risk Meetings for high-risk residents.

We are looking for RD's who can provide onsite consulting services to nursing homes within their regional area and lead the Nutrition at Risk Meetings for high-risk residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the nutritional needs of residents and develop individualized meal plans
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines
- Monitor and document residents' nutritional status and progress
- Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' overall health and wellbeing
- Provide coverage in multiple buildings based on company needs
- All other duties as assigned
- Must be willing to travel within designated region
- Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice
- Bachelor's degree in nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration
