In this dynamic role, the Remote Healthcare Business Development Representative will engage directly with healthcare professionals and clients across various states, fostering relationships and driving sales strategies that make a difference.

As a Remote Healthcare Business Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for identifying and prospecting new hospital clients, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving opportunities for our solutions. You will work closely with hospital decision-makers to understand their needs and position our offerings to help them achieve their goals. The Remote Healthcare Business Development Representative will generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking within the hospital sector. You will also build and maintain relationships with hospital executives and department heads, conducting consultative outreach to understand client needs and present tailored solutions. Additionally, the Remote Healthcare Business Development Representative will manage a sales pipeline, track progress, and meet lead generation targets under the guidance of a Regional Recruitment Manager.
