The Regional Executive Director for Ambulatory Surgery Center Operations will plan, execute, monitor, and evaluate the operations within the assigned geographic area, ensuring operational excellence that supports the organization's strategic focus on quality, service, and affordability that meets the overall strategic direction of the healthcare organization.
The Regional Executive Director for Ambulatory Surgery Center Operations will be responsible for implementing and monitoring policies and procedures that ensure high-quality, efficient and compassionate patient care while collaborating with the Executives to promote planning, innovation, and problem solving to align back with enterprise strategy.
The Regional Executive Director for Ambulatory Surgery Center Operations will have accountability for patient satisfaction, quality of care, financial goals (budget, cost, investment and revenue), and responsibility of managing all capital expenditures. The Regional Executive Director for Ambulatory Surgery Center Operations will oversee compliance, accreditation, surveys and meeting both State and Federal Regulations.
The Regional Executive Director for Ambulatory Surgery Center Operations will work with the team to develop clinical guidelines and procedures while preparing for AAAHC surveys. The leadership team of these busy Same-Day Surgery Centers has been put together through multiple joint ventures between surrounding medical centers and local physicians.
The ideal Regional Executive Director for Ambulatory Surgery Center Operations should have Bachelors degree or 15 years of relevant managing and developing Ambulatory Surgery Centers successfully. The Regional Executive Director for Ambulatory Surgery Center Operations will demonstrate knowledge in areas of physician practice operations and financing and managed care business Prior experience in a managed care market required.
