The Surgical Services RN Supervisor will report to the RN manager with responsibilities that include: daily operations of the operating room, management of schedule and staffing assignments, collaborative work with other disciplines within and outside of department, quality assurance monitoring, program development, development and retention of staff, clinical supervision and performance reviews, creating and conducting performance improvement activities, and delivering perioperative care consistent with hospital and department policies. Individuals earning quick interviews will have operating room nursing experience.
