The Nurse Manager Emergency Services will guide operations within a small community hospital that delivers 24/7 emergency care with fast access to lab, imaging, and pharmacy. The Emergency Department Nurse Manager supports a high-acuity, lower-volume setting with efficient throughput, established transfer agreements, and seamless coordination with regional specialty centers. A close knit team prides itself on low nurse-to-patient ratios, rapid triage, and consistent adherence to ENA and EMTALA standards.
