The Hospital Radiology Manager, will report to the Imaging Director. Responsibilities include partnering with the Director on strategic goals, budgets, and policy development; promoting cross-department teamwork; overseeing the preparation, accuracy, and timeliness of departmental records and reports; hiring, developing, coaching, engaging, and evaluating staff; ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to patient safety; exercising independent judgment and critical thinking; coordinating with purchasing, central distribution, and vendors; and identifying and resolving issues that impact turnaround time and test quality. Candidates fast-tracked for interviews will hold ARRT, ARDMS, or Michigan RN licensure in good standing, along with a bachelor’s degree and more than three years of experience in the field.
