The Director of Finance will provide oversight of the Finance function while collaborating closely with Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, Health Information Management, and operational leaders. Responsibilities include financial planning and forecasting, annual operating and capital budgets, monthly financial statements, cash management, investments, cost-based reimbursement, Medicare and Medicaid cost reports, payer analysis, audits, regulatory reporting, internal controls, financial modeling, and performance improvement.
