The Hospital CMO provides leadership across the organization's clinical services, partnering with physicians, nursing leaders, quality teams, infection prevention specialists, and operational departments to enhance patient outcomes. This position supports physician recruitment, workforce planning, peer review, quality initiatives, and service line development while maintaining an active clinical practice within the hospital district.
