Direct Hire Physical Therapist Role $80,000-$120,000 per year in Darien, Connecticut
Clinical Magnet (Part of ICON Medical) is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our partner’s full-time team in the Darien, Connecticut area.
This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY
Key Responsibilities for the Physical Therapist:
- Perform 1-hour evaluations and 30-minute follow-up sessions, focusing on athletes and sports-related injuries.
- Develop and guide treatment plans that prioritize patient recovery and long-term performance.
- Collaborate with local athletic programs, including training high school teams in football, lacrosse, swimming, and more.
- Support and mentor colleagues, with opportunities for leadership and professional growth.
- Deliver patient-centered care in a state-of-the-art facility, with no pressure on productivity quotas.
Key Requirements for the Physical Therapist:
- 2 years of physical therapy experience (sports medicine or outpatient ortho strongly preferred).
- Strong leadership capability and ability to connect with patients, athletes, and families.
- Active Connecticut Physical Therapy License.
- Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Compensation and Schedule for the Physical Therapist:
- Salary range: $80,000–$120,000 (can have flexibility on salary based off of experience)
- Comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401k with company match.
- $1,500 annual CEU allowance with flexibility for further education.
- Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends/no on-call. Flexible shifts (7a–3p or 11a–7p), with early Friday afternoons (out by 3–4pm).
