Clinical Magnet, a division of ICON Medical Network, is looking for a compassionate, dedicated Physical Therapist to join our partner's full-time team in Lowell, Massachusetts. This position offers the flexibility and independence of home health while being supported by an experienced and collaborative clinical team.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in their homes
- Perform evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans
- Assess functional deficits and monitor patient progress
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility, and safety
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Connecticut PT license in good standing
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
- Home health experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance required
- Ability to travel within the branch coverage area
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed salary, $90,000-$115,000/year based on experience
- No weekends, on-call, or holiday requirements - OR choose to do overtime for extra cash
