Clinical Magnet, a division of ICON Medical Network, is looking for an empathetic Healthcare Enrollment Specialist to support seniors and their families throughout the healthcare enrollment process. This field-based role focuses on building relationships, educating prospective participants, coordinating documentation, and guiding individuals through a seamless enrollment experience. This position is in the Albuquerque, New Mexico area.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective participants and families, providing education, support, and guidance throughout the enrollment process.
- Manage enrollment activities including intake meetings, documentation collection, CRM updates, and coordination with internal teams and external partners.
- Develop relationships with healthcare providers, senior communities, and community organizations to support referrals and successful enrollments.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in healthcare sales, admissions, intake coordination, enrollment, or business development within healthcare, senior care, managed care, insurance, or related industries.
- Proven ability to manage both B2B referral relationships and B2C patient/member interactions while effectively guiding individuals through a decision-making process.
- Experience utilizing CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar systems.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills with the ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, social work, marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent healthcare experience considered.
