We’re seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Site Manager to oversee and optimize site performance across multiple clinical trial programs. This role is central to ensuring sites are supported, informed, and empowered to achieve recruitment goals while maintaining compliance and an excellent patient experience.
The Site Manager will serve as the primary operational liaison between Clinical Enrollment and participating research sites. This person will oversee onboarding, training, communication, and performance tracking for assigned sites, ensuring alignment with sponsor objectives and internal timelines.

1. Site Onboarding & Training
- Manage site onboarding process, ensuring all materials, systems, and expectations are clearly communicated.
- Conduct site kickoff calls and provide training on referral workflows, patient management systems, and escalation protocols.
- Partner with the Operations and Advocacy teams to ensure sites are fully prepared for patient outreach and enrollment activities.
2. Site Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned sites, maintaining consistent and professional communication.
- Monitor site engagement, identify challenges early, and provide timely solutions or escalations as needed.
- Foster a collaborative relationship with site staff to ensure high levels of satisfaction and accountability.
3. Performance Monitoring
- Track referral-to-enrollment metrics and identify trends or bottlenecks impacting recruitment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of site communications, updates, and performance in CRM or project management tools.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Client Services, Data & Analytics) to develop actionable insights and performance reports.
4. Process Improvement
- Contribute feedback on site processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen site retention and streamline communications across programs.
- Participate in regular team reviews to assess recruitment outcomes and recommend adjustments.
- 3 years of experience in site management, clinical operations, or patient recruitment
- Strong understanding of clinical trial site workflows and patient enrollment processes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Experience with CRM systems or project management platforms (HubSpot, Asana, or similar)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple programs simultaneously
- Prior experience in healthcare, life sciences, or clinical research preferred
