CBA is looking for a full time 40-hour employee and a part-time employee who can commit to an afternoon schedule of 1PM-5PM with the possibility of morning availability when needed.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. The Behavior Technician will work under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement behavior intervention plans and provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with ASD. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families while gaining valuable experience in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old with a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must complete a 40-hour training program and successfully complete the Registered Behavior Technician certification exam within the first 90 days of employment
- Successful completion of 90-day mentorship and development period
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
- Ability to adjust to different and changing environments.
- Ability to coordinate scheduling with the center leadership team to establish required supervision of services per regulations and BACB requirements.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)/Google Documentation (Google Docs, Forms, Sheets) and familiarity with computer basics is required, as well as electronic health records experience.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Ability to maintain a safe driving record.
- Must have a safe and reliable vehicle.
- Must be fluent in english, both written and verbal
- Must be willing to transport clients to the center, community, and home environments.
- Must have a functioning vehicle and safely transport clients from one location to another as assigned by the supervising
- Meets all personnel and training requirements for independent functioning according to the commercial insurance regulations and medicaid waiver (if relevant) prior to providing service to a participant including background checks and drug screening.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.50 per hour
