- Utilizes the nursing process to ensure appropriate care and conducts chart audits for compliance.

- Collaborates with management to develop therapeutic programs, especially for the assigned shift.
- Must be a licensed RN in Michigan with 1-3 years of psychiatric experience and supervisory experience preferred. A bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred.
