- Perform advanced wound assessments and develop personalized care plans in various settings, including home and post-acute facilities.
- Diagnose and treat chronic wounds, pressure ulcers, diabetic ulcers, and skin conditions.
- Conduct wound debridement, dressing changes, and minor procedures.
- Educate patients and caregivers on wound management and prevention.
- Document accurately using EMR systems and collaborate with healthcare teams.
- Maintain compliance with regulations and protocols.
