What You'll Do (The Role):
- Lead 40-100 cash-based clinics (chiro, neuropathy, etc.) to explosive growth through weekly/bi-weekly strategy calls-no endless emails, just real impact.
- Coach clients to convert leads into patients, delivering clear, kind accountability on follow-ups (calls, SMS, emails).
- Proactively fix campaign or client dips, collaborating with our media buyers to keep results soaring.
- Earn while you win: Secure 4-8 video testimonials monthly and drive 10% referrals-top CSMs add $1-3K/month in bonuses.
- Be their MVP: You're the advisor clinics trust to achieve the impossible, not just a support rep.
