What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Clinglobal Group?
Job Purpose
To assist and support the team lead in the maintenance, preventive maintenance, and grounds keeping of multi unit, dual site facility.
Job Specific Duties and Responsibilities
• Prioritize and conduct assigned project/scheduled and/ or preventive and or reactive based maintenance work to be performed,
• Conduct the assigned work utilizing the pertinent resources, materials, tools, and machinery/equipment required,
• Conduct inspection of resources, materials, tools, and machinery/equipment as well as post job/activity inspections to ensure adherence to specified standards and quality,
• Adhere to and promote team timelines according to project plans and team goals,
• Adhere to and promote the application of Safety, Health, and Environmental requirements,
• Adherence and promotion of the principles of safe working practices regarding machinery/equipment, tools, and materials,
• Conduct basic troubleshooting techniques and procedures,
• Relevant and additional identified duties required as assigned and/or scheduled.
Qualification and Experience Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent, technical degree, AS in technology studies, and a desire to work as a part of a team.
Specific Job Knowledge, Skills and Behaviors: General Competencies
• Knowledge and Skill – Previous Mechanical, HVAC, Carpentry, Electric, and Construction equipment and tool experience preferred (Will train some attributes for candidates with some experience)

• Communication - Communicating clearly and concisely (verbal, non-verbal and written) in understandable and relevant manner to all stakeholders to ensure productive working relationships,

Physical Requirements
Able to sit, stand, walk, carry 50-75lbs, while working minimally a 8-hour shift. Must have tolerance to heat and cold, all weather conditions, noise, and able to perform duties under high stress situations.
