As the Field and Events Experience Manager, you’ll start by owning critical field marketing initiatives, with the opportunity to convert into a full-time position as we expand.
Responsibilities
Field & Event Marketing
- Plan, execute, and measure field marketing programs (events, roadshows, conferences, meetups).
- Partner with sales to develop regional GTM plans that generate pipeline.
- Manage sponsorships, speaking engagements, and community-building activities.
- Run developer community programs, hackathons and drive word of mouth awareness and adoption for Cline
- Own the events calendar for the company and identify opportunities to reach our audience both developer and enterprises
- You will own end to end for all the field and community programs, bring the Cline brand to life - online and in person
- Own the out of the home and brand campaigns. Manage creative production for videos and assets
- This is a high-visibility, high-creativity role that sits at the intersection of events, community, and brand.
- Launch and manage credit and startup programs and co-market with partners
- Work closely with sales, partnerships, and marketing to ensure consistent messaging.
- Provide feedback from the field to inform content, product positioning, and strategy.
- Partner with the Dev Rel team to manage and grow the developer community, run
- 4–6 years of experience in field marketing, event marketing or creative field. Preferably at a dev tools company
- Creative flair and an aversion to the hackneyed and obvious
- Proven track record executing high-impact field programs that drive pipeline
- Strong project management skills — able to juggle multiple programs simultaneously
- Data-driven mindset: comfortable with KPIs, ROI, and attribution reporting
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel for events (~20–30%)

Salary : $125,000 - $150,000
