Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Sales Agent position located at our office on Route 33 in Hamilton, NJ. The role involves assisting clients with their insurance needs by selling a wide variety of insurance products, providing excellent customer service, and offering personalized policy recommendations. The Insurance Sales Agent will actively engage in identifying clients’ requirements, explaining policy options, and assisting with insurance claims or inquiries as needed. This role also includes supporting the agency’s sales goals through strategic client engagement and relationship building.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance Sales and a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
- Experience in Customer Service and the ability to provide personalized and professional assistance to clients.
- Knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage processes.
- Strong Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced on-site environment.
- New Jersey state licensure for insurance sales.
