What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head Start Preschool Teacher Assistant (Valley View) position at Clinch-Powell Educational Cooperative?
The Clinch-Powell Educational Cooperative Head Start Preschool/Early Head Start Program is seeking to fill the position for Head Start Teacher Assistant for our Valley View Center in Campbell County, TN.
Applicants must have a Child Development Associate Credential (CDA) or be willing to obtain one within 6-months of employment. An Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development is preferred. Applicants may be required to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). The position is a five-days per week, ten-months per year position. Benefits include health and dental insurance, life insurance, Tennessee State Retirement, and paid vacation/sick leave. Salary will be based upon education and experience.
