Looking for a head routesetter for a small, indoor bouldering gym in Clovis, New Mexico for ~3 months starting this September/October until mid-January 2027.
Housing and transport would be covered and salary is negotiable. Experience as a head setter is ideal, but not a prerequisite. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn / adapt on the job are the most important. This gym is in a small town. Personability and ability to engage with new climbers is a must.
