Overview
Climb! Tree Services is seeking a highly organized Office Manager. Partial Remote Work/ Work-from-Home is possible with frequent in-person meetings in Ridgway.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations with a team of ISA Certified Arborists. This includes crew scheduling, client communications, and coordination with team leaders.
- Coordinate event planning activities such as meetings, conferences, and team-building events.
- Handle human resources functions including onboarding, payroll processing using QuickBooks, filing employee records, and supporting HR compliance.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and budgeting records to support financial health of the office.
Experience
- Experience in an administrative setting with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in office management tools such as QuickBooks for payroll and bookkeeping tasks.
- experience in scheduling management ideal.
- Familiarity with human resources procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
