What You'll Do
As a Senior Service Technician, you’ll be trusted to handle advanced service work while providing the high level of professionalism our customers expect.
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnosing and repairing residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Handling complex service issues independently
- Participating in periodic on-call rotations
- Educating customers on system performance and maintenance
- Recommending Indoor Air Quality solutions and system upgrades when appropriate
- Identifying potential replacement opportunities for our sales team
- Working closely with dispatch, management, and fellow technicians to keep operations running smoothly
We’re seeking someone who is experienced, dependable, and confident in their craft.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of residential HVAC service experience
- Graduate of a 2 year HVACR training program (or equivalent experience)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and apply manufacturer specifications
- Professional communication with customers and team members
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Willingness to continue learning and growing in the trade
