What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior HVAC Service Tech Eastern Shore Division position at ClimateCare HVAC Services, LLC.?
Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including cleaning and replacing filters, checking electrical connections, and lubricating moving parts
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues, such as leaks, malfunctions, or faulty components
- Install new HVAC systems or replace existing ones
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and identify potential problems
- Respond to service calls and troubleshoot HVAC system issues for residential and commercial properties
- Collaborate with property maintenance teams to ensure HVAC systems are properly maintained
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
- Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of HVAC system issues
- Knowledge of air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and refrigeration principles
- Experience with appliance repair or mechanical work is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
