Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC, for a Pre-Construction Estimator. The Pre-Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, performing detailed quantity take-offs, and managing budgets to support successful project bids. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure alignment with project objectives and requirements. Additional responsibilities include analyzing project specifications and participating in pre-construction discussions.
Qualifications
- Experience in Construction Estimating and performing detailed Quantity Take-offs
- Strong skills in Cost Management and Budgeting
- Effective written and verbal Communication skills to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in construction estimating software and tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
