Assembly & Factory Workers
Climate Solutions Windows & Doors is hiring dependable individuals with a great attitude and strong work ethic for our window and door manufacturing plant in Franklin Park, IL.
Position Type: Full-time
Pay: $17–$22 per hour
Higher pay available for experienced candidates
We currently have openings for assembly workers, general production workers, and machine operators.
Candidates should be comfortable working with their hands and able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Basic production skills are required, including the ability to use a measuring tape and perform general production and assembly tasks.
Experience in the window industry is not required. We provide on-the-job training.
Hours & Work Environment
- 1st shift
- Overtime available
- Clean, temperature-controlled factory environment
- Heated and cooled facility
Requirements / Experience
Entry-level candidates welcome.
Applicants should have:
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Punctuality and good attendance
- Experience using a tape measure
- Ability to work independently and follow basic instructions
- Ability to lift 25 lbs
