Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable high school senior to join our team as a Refrigeration Technician Apprentice Intern. This part-time, hands-on internship is designed to provide exposure to the commercial refrigeration and HVAC trade over a 10–12 month period during the student’s senior year.

Key Responsibilities
- Shadow and assist experienced refrigeration technicians at job sites
- Observe installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial refrigeration systems
- Ask questions and actively participate in learning opportunities
- Assist with basic tasks under supervision, including tool handling and job site preparation
- Support warehouse operations as needed, including:
- Organizing parts and materials
- Cleaning and maintaining workspace areas
- Inventory support and stocking
