We have an exciting opportunity for a Partner Success Specialist help to propel our Solar financing line of business forward through expanding and supporting our network of solar installers nationwide. This position will also assist processing loan application requests generated via the network of solar installers through all stages of the loan including lead generation, underwriting, booking, funding, and servicing.
This position is remote.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support to clients (Financial Institutions) and partners (Solar Installers).
- Implement sales strategies to increase partner engagement.
- Expand the network of Solar Installers. Train and onboard sales reps, owners, and admins of new solar installers on our operational processes.
- Guide new partners and financial institutions from initial application submitted to application completed, through training, and into post onboarding completed support.
- Monitor partner health and reach out to partners before risks escalate and identify remediation options.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Practice unwavering commitment to OneEthos ethical solar principles and core values as well as social, economic, environmental, and racial justice.
- Adopt and embrace OneEthos mission and sustainability practices and obtain relative education to its mission and values.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of OneEthos products and participate in the development of new products based on market demand and forecasting data.
- Proactively seek out referral opportunities for Climate First Bank and actively liaise with the appropriate team members across all subsidiaries of the holding company.

- The ideal candidate is a driven self-starter who is able to work independently, under limited direction and supervision, exercising independent judgement, referencing available resources, and demonstrating a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Physical Demands:
