You will primarily be responsible for overseeing all branch operations, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales growth, and managing the branch staff. Responsibilities
- Leadership and Management: Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff to achieve performance goals and maintain high morale.
- Sales and Business Development: Drive sales growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers.
- Customer Service: Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a customer-focused environment.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily branch operations, including managing audits, ensuring procedural integrity and compliance with company policies, and optimizing processes for efficiency.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with branch operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Community Engagement: Represent the branch in the local community, participating in events and building relationships with community leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or finance preferred.
- 5 years in branch leadership required.
- Community Bank experience preferred.
- Strong affinity and acumen for business development, proactive outreach and brand building.
- Proven track record of innovative and effective branch sales strategies with immediate impact to the branch growth objectives.
- Customer-centric mentality and ability to develop strong relationships with customers, team members and within the community.
- Organized self-starter with the ability to thrive in fast moving environments that require adaptability and frequent pivots.
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to tactfully communicate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Deeply educated in financial products and services, banking regulations and laws.
- Salesforce experience preferred.
Physical Demands:
- Sustained standing and sitting;
- Frequent use of PC, including typing or sustained attention to monitor;
- Occasional lifting of basic office files or equipment up to 20 lbs.
