Location: On-site events (Must have reliable transportation)
Job Overview
We’re seeking a dependable Event Coordinator to support our in-person events by handling setup, event operations, and cleanup, as well as engaging attendees and helping generate leads. Events will be planned and organized in-house — your focus will be execution on-site.
This is a 1099 contract position with daily base pay performance bonuses for confirmed booked leads.
Compensation

✅ All materials provided (tables, promotional items, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Arrive on time and represent our brand professionally
- Set up and break down event displays (tables, signage, promotional items)
- Ensure the event area stays organized, stocked, and presentable
- Engage with event attendees and support lead collection efforts
- Assist with basic event flow coordination and staff support
- Maintain a clean, positive, and high-energy presence at events
- Clean up the event site and ensure all materials are accounted for

Requirements
