About the Role:
As a Comfort Advisor, you’ll meet with homeowners to assess their comfort needs and recommend customized HVAC solutions. This is a high-impact sales role focused on trust, education, and delivering value—not pressure. You’ll work with qualified leads provided by the company and help guide clients to the best decision for their home and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home consultations to assess heating and cooling needs
- Educate homeowners on product options, efficiency upgrades, and financing
- Present professionally written proposals with clear scopes of work
- Follow up on open leads, unsold estimates, and customer inquiries
- Work with installation and service departments to ensure seamless handoff
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a high closing percentage
Pay Range:
- Base pay during training $25-$27/hour
- After training: Tiered commission based on sales performance.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of in-home sales experience (HVAC or home services preferred)
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM, digital proposals, and tablets
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Available to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
