Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of communication between ownership and team members.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure alignment with company goals and standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including labor productivity, job profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with ownership to develop budgets, forecasts, and operational strategies.
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Address and resolve employee or customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular team meetings to maintain engagement and clear communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and vendors.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations or management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, evaluate performance metrics, and drive profitability.
- Experience with contracts and operational planning.
