What You'll Do
- Answer incoming sales calls and schedule appointments
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting
- Coordinate communication between customers, sales, and installation teams
- Process sales paperwork, agreements, and commission tracking
- Maintain sales calendars, lead tracking, and customer records
- Make outbound follow-up calls to prospective customers to answer questions and help move opportunities toward a sale.
- Follow up on unsold estimates and quotes to re-engage customers
- Respond to customer questions and help resolve concerns quickly and professionally
- Follow up with customers through thank-you calls, cards, and other touchpoints
- Assist with sales reports and other projects to keep the department running smoothly
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of customer service or office support experience
- Outstanding communication and phone skills
- Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping customers
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and a customer-first mindset
