Role Description
We are currently looking for a sales professional who is not only strong in customer communication but also organized, coachable, and ready to grow within a fast-paced company environment. At ClimaCore, we operate with a coaching leadership style. This means you will receive close guidance, regular one-on-one follow-ups, and continuous feedback to help you improve and grow. We maintain a positive and supportive environment, but we also hold a high standard of performance and accountability.
This is a part-time, on-site position for a Sales & Customer Support Specialist located in Orlando, FL. The specialist will provide exceptional customer service, assist clients in identifying the most suitable HVAC solutions tailored to their needs, and execute sales strategies to boost company growth. Key responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, offering detailed product and service information, processing orders, managing sales leads, and fostering strong, long-term client relationships. The role also involves collaborating across departments and staying informed about HVAC products and technologies.
This role goes beyond sales. After closing a deal, you will be responsible for following a structured process, including:
- Coordinating financing approvals
- Preparing internal production documentation
- Updating project details in our systems (Notion, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Ensuring each project moves forward correctly and efficiently
We are looking for someone who is:
- Comfortable receiving feedback and being coached
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Motivated by performance and growth
- Open to working in a structured, process-driven environment
