Job Description:

This position is part of IoT and Digital Engineering horizontal business unit to drive the growth of PLM and Digital Thread solutions across several vertical segments in North America. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of industry experience shaping proposals, building strong client relationships, and drive solution-based sales while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create business opportunities and enhance value for clients. The role is supported by on-site and offshore Pre-Sales & Solution teams

The candidate will develop strategy on Product Lifecycle Management and Application lifecycle management solutions from core offerings and create potential Business Lead. Convert the deals into consistent and scalable revenue generated accounts across select vertiacls -- Discreet and Continuous Process Manufacturing, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Automotive, Aerospace, Energy, Steel, Resources and Mining, Pharma and Medical devices and Hi-Tech.

Key responsibilities:

  • Understand current PLM markets and Define strategy in each PLM solutions. Build Leads from targeted customers proactively and WIN the deals
  • Achieve defined goal for Total Contract value
  • Define, Develop and Own the Go-To-Market strategy with partners
  • Achieve revenue Targets from defined set of accounts Work with and Partner’s extended Alliance and Sales Organization across the globe to achieve Revenue targets
  • Establish executive connects with customers
  • Identify strategic accounts together with the partner and convert big deals together
  • Collaborate and leverage other channels in and in ecosystem to create and shape larger deals
  • Responsible for Total deal wins in contract value, and total revenue generated in the focused set of accounts

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in Enterprise Engineering and Manufacturing technology sales – 10 yeas minimum. 15 years’ experience - preference
  • Experience in Technology Sales management and large, multi-million dollars deals sales execution. Experience in creating multi million (10Mn USD) business.
  • Proven track record for C-level engagement and executive relationship building, connect and messaging.
  • Experience in Technology Product and Services Sales. Services Sales experience – advantage.
  • Knowledge and experience in PLM, ERP, CAD, CRM, EAS, IOT, etc. sales – advantage.
  • Hands-on experience in technology and Solution Architect experience – advantage
  • In-depth knowledge and Hands-On experience of different PLM Solutions (both Open source and Licensed)
  • Latest Digital technologies understanding and Market Trends (cloud-based PLM/ALM, SaaS, IIoT and other trends) Digital Thread solutions and associated industry domain understanding
  • Must have a passion for sales and technology.
  • Must have exceptional communications & written skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Must know how to build, develop, and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
