Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead large scale client business development, delivery engagements in the Life Sciences Industry - Bio Pharma.
Drive account growth strategy by identifying white-space opportunities, expanding service lines, achieving YoY revenue and margin targets.
Build and nurture C-level client relationships (Technology & Business teams), acting as a trusted advisor to enable digital transformation and long-term strategic partnerships.
Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
Generic Managerial Skills:
Strategic leadership, executive client management, P&L ownership, large‑scale delivery governance, senior stakeholder engagement, people leadership, and Change management in a US client environment.
