Duties
- Assist customers in selecting bridal gowns, formalwear, and accessories by providing personalized styling advice and expert recommendations
- Upsell complementary products such as veils, jewelry, and shoes to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Maintain organized stock levels through stocking, merchandising, and inventory management to ensure a well-presented store environment
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone etiquette, guiding clients through the shopping process, and ensuring a positive experience
- Supervise or assist with team members when needed, fostering a collaborative atmosphere that promotes excellent service standards
Requirements
- 21 years of older
- Available throughout the day time
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a bridal boutique or fashion retail setting
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership and team coordination skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience upselling to maximize sales opportunities
- Knowledge of retail store product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and stock management practices
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to engage clients professionally over the phone and in person
