Duties

- Conduct inspections of buildings and equipment to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
- Utilize schematics to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems effectively.
- Fabricate parts as needed for repairs or upgrades using welding techniques.
- Supervise maintenance staff during projects and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Operate diagnostic tools such as an ohmmeter to assess electrical systems.
- Carry out residential painting tasks to maintain aesthetic quality of properties.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance roles.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics related to mechanical systems.
- Experience in welding and fabrication of parts is highly desirable.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a small team effectively.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their applications in maintenance tasks is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
