- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed tire sales targets through effective coaching and performance management.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels, accurate order fulfillment, and efficient stock rotation.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote tire products and automotive services, increasing customer engagement.
- Manage customer relationships by providing expert advice on automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, and tire selection.
- Utilize POS systems for sales transactions, cash handling, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure automotive repair and maintenance services are seamlessly integrated with tire sales.
- Maintain organized records using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and Microsoft Excel for inventory control, sales tracking, and reporting purposes.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, vehicle maintenance protocols, and dealership policies while fostering a customer-first approach.
- Proven experience in retail sales management within an automotive or dealership environment.
- Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics, vehicle maintenance, automotive repair, and automotive service procedures.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with outstanding communication skills to engage customers effectively.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases better.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems (CMMS), POS software, Microsoft Excel, and retail math is essential.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to handle stocking, order fulfillment, inventory control, and cash handling efficiently.
- Previous experience in dealership or retail sales environments is preferred; familiarity with marketing strategies is a plus.
