We are an independently owned small animal hospital in beautiful Poulsbo, Washington.
Our mission is simple: Provide exceptional veterinary care while creating an extraordinary experience for our clients, patients, and team.
We've recently moved into our new hospital and are entering one of the most exciting seasons in our history. As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who wants to help shape the future of our practice.

What You'll Do: You'll work closely with the owners to help keep our hospital running smoothly while supporting and encouraging our growing team.
Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting and encouraging our staff.
- Helping with hiring and onboarding.
- Coordinating schedules.
- Improving systems and workflows.
- Assisting with client service and communication.
- Managing office operations.
- Helping maintain an organized, efficient hospital.
- Working alongside the owners to improve the practice as we grow
As your experience and confidence grow, your responsibilities can grow as well.
