Automotive Body Shop Technician

Clift Buick GMC is seeking a Skilled Automotive Body Shop Technician to join our high-volume, fast-paced collision center. We operate one of the largest and busiest auto body repair facilities in Lenawee County, with steady year-round work and multiple direct repair relationships.

Primary Responsibilities

• Execute welding, soldering, body alignment, sanding, buffing, and paint preparation
• Operate all collision center equipment safely and properly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Consistently deliver high-quality workmanship on every job
• Accurately document all work performed upon completion
• Follow all federal, state, and local environmental and safety regulations
• Work collaboratively with technicians, estimators, and management
  
  
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• 2 Years of Automotive Body Shop Technician Experience (Required)
• I-CAR Certification & Michigan Motor Vehicle Certificate (Preferred)
• Must supply own tools and equipment
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
• Valid Driver’s License
