What are the responsibilities and job description for the PM Server position at Cliffrose Lodge & Gardens?
Starting hourly wage is $5.00 in addition to tips and gratuity.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Ensure customer satisfaction by attending to their needs promptly
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and timely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Handle payments and operate the cash register accurately
Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
- Experience in catering or banquet service is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a hospitality mindset
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to help out where needed to ensure smooth operations
