Position Summary
The primary responsibility of the Major Accounts Coordinator is to provide service support to our major customer accounts, arranging service providers from CPS branches or subcontractors to perform the work, and monitor their progress and verify completion of job.

The primary responsibility of the Major Accounts Coordinator is to provide service support to our major customer accounts, arranging service providers from CPS branches or subcontractors to perform the work, and monitor their progress and verify completion of job.
Essential Job Functions
Trouble Calls
- Answers customer calls 24/7 from the major customer hotline
- Arranges dispatch for trouble calls and Planned Maintenance (PM)
- Audits invoices/service reports and generates customer invoices
- Prepares quotes for customers when necessary
- Maintain subcontractor spreadsheet
- Update customer on-line systems as required
- Open all major customer PM jobs
- Dispatch jobs to CPS branches or subcontractors
- Order all parts needed
- Audit and invoice completed jobs
- Breakdown, copy, and mail invoice to customer or upload documents into customer’s online-systems
- Track all above information on a spreadsheet per major customer
- Billing
- Backup to local branch coordinator on various duties
- Special projects and duties as assigned
Salary : $40,000 - $52,000
