We’re looking for a high performing outside sales rep to grow our commercial and industrial power solutions business in your territory. What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and develop new business across your assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, contractors, and decision-makers
- Identify end user needs and deliver customized power solutions
- Run the full sales cycle: prospecting → quoting → closing → follow-up
- Deliver compelling presentations and technical consultations
- Negotiate pricing and close profitable deals
- Partner with engineering, service, and project teams to execute seamlessly
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
- Track pipeline activity and performance in CRM

Work Environment:
- This is a field-driven role with a mix of customer visits, in-office work, remote work and travel. You’ll regularly meet clients on-site and attend industry events. Travel is estimated at 30%.

What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of outside sales experience in industrial or technical sales
- Proven ability to generate new business and consistently close deals
- Strong hunter mentality with a drive to win
- Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions
- Experience with generators, electrical systems, or related equipment
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and pipeline management skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with emphasis in Engineering, Energy Management, Professional Sales, Business, or a related technical field.
Physical Requirements:
This position will be working primarily indoors or outdoors in a climate-controlled, smoke-free environment, but also requires the employee to be moving through other areas on a regular basis. From this movement, the employee will encounter varying temperatures from these areas. Normal auto and air travel hazards will apply. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but can be higher in other areas.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for prolonged periods of time.
The employee must have a full range of body movements including use of hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, computer equipment and peripherals; and bending, reaching, and crouching.
Must have command of sight, hearing, touch and smell. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. These vision requirements in each area must be sufficient to shift in focus from computer screens to closed forms. are in search of an example position to join our general team. Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
