Position Overview
We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to take ownership of the entire project life cycle — from pre-construction through closeout. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in commercial construction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate teams to deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of construction projects: budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor buyout, and execution
- Collaborate with estimating team to prepare accurate pre-construction budgets and schedules
- Lead weekly project meetings with clients, design teams, and field staff
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Monitor and maintain project budgets, costs, and billing (AIA G702/G703)
- Ensure project schedules are maintained and proactively address delays
- Coordinate with Superintendents to resolve field issues and maintain quality control
- Enforce compliance with safety, permitting, and contract requirements
- Deliver projects on time, on budget, and with complete client satisfaction
✅ Qualifications
- 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Proven experience managing ground-up, TI, and site work projects
- Strong understanding of AIA contracts, construction drawings, and CSI divisions
- Proficiency with project management software (Procore, E-Builder, MS Project, Autodesk. Bluebeam, etc.)
- Experience with owner and subcontractor billings, RFIs, Submittals, and change orders
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
