Clifford Beers Community Care Center (CBCCC) is a mental health clinic serving children and families. Our mission is to provide integrated services addressing mental, physical, and social determinants in order to improve health, resiliency and quality of life for children, families and communities.
PURPOSE:
The Grant Reporting Manager is responsible for the financial tracking, reporting, and compliance of all restricted funding sources at CBCCC. This role ensures that grant expenditures are accurately recorded, aligned with approved budgets, and compliant with federal, state, and private funder requirements.
Reporting to the Controller, this position serves as the primary liaison between finance and program teams on all grant-related financial matters. The role owns the grant reporting lifecycle, including budget development support, expense monitoring, funder reporting, and audit preparation.
This is a non-supervisory role with responsibility for managing processes and ensuring compliance across multiple grants.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to:
Grant Financial Management
- Develop and maintain grant budgets in collaboration with program leadership
- Monitor grant expenditures, burn rates, and budget variances
- Ensure expenses are allowable, properly allocated, and compliant with funding requirements
- Track restricted funds and maintain accurate grant-level financial records
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare and submit financial reports to funders in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and private grant regulations
- Maintain complete and audit-ready grant documentation
- Support grant-related audits and monitoring reviews
Billing & Revenue (if applicable)
- Manage grant drawdowns, reimbursements, and invoicing processes
- Track receivables and ensure timely collection of grant funds
Collaboration & Support
- Partner with program managers to ensure alignment between program activity and grant budgets
- Provide guidance to staff on allowable costs and grant compliance requirements
- Support development of financial components of grant proposals
Other
- Identify opportunities to improve grant tracking and reporting processes
- Perform other related duties as assigned

EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or related field required
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in grant accounting or financial reporting
- Experience with federal, state, and/or private grant compliance required
- Experience with federal and state reporting systems (i.e. CORE, PMS, etc.)
- Strong experience with nonprofit fund accounting preferred

Salary : $75,000 - $105,000
