Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Superintendent for a full-time on-site role located in Richland, WA. The Commercial Superintendent will oversee daily construction site operations, manage project schedules, coordinate with subcontractors and vendors, and ensure on-time project delivery within defined budgets. Responsibilities also include enforcing safety protocols, conducting inspections, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate project documentation. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of high-quality construction projects while upholding company standards.
Qualifications
- Strong construction management skills, including team leadership, site supervision, and task coordination
- Understanding of safety protocols, quality assurance, and compliance with building codes
- Proficiency in scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning for construction projects
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams, vendors, and clients
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical specifications
- Proven problem-solving skills to address construction challenges and make timely decisions
- Experience in commercial construction or general contracting preferred
