We are seeking a Telecom OSS Tester with AI expertise who can contribute to both OSS testing initiatives and AI-driven automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience building AI agents, intelligent test automation frameworks, and leveraging Generative AI technologies while working in Telecom OSS environments.
Required Skills:- 8 years of Telecom OSS Testing experience.

- Hands-on Automation Testing experience using Java, Python, Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools.

- AutoGen
- OpenAI / Azure OpenAI
- Experience creating intelligent test agents for:
- Test Case Generation
- Test Data Creation
- Defect Analysis
- Root Cause Analysis
- Automated Regression Testing
- Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Experience with Vector Databases such as Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, or pgvector.
- Python development experience for AI workflows and automation.
- API Testing (REST/SOAP)
- SQL and Database Validation
- GitHub/GitLab

- Docker (Preferred)
- Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure preferred)
- Experience with Telecom clients such as AT&T, Verizon, Charter, Comcast, T-Mobile, or Rogers.
- Experience implementing AI-driven QA solutions in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-based test automation.
- Telecom OSS Testing is mandatory.
- Must have hands-on AI/Agent development experience, not just AI exposure.
- Should be able to independently design AI-powered testing solutions and automation frameworks.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
